We stand behind Belly Beans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your order date. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original order date (or the subscription charge date, for recurring orders).
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a refund.
- The guarantee applies to your first order of each product. If you've already received a refund for a product and reorder it, subsequent orders are not eligible for the guarantee (to prevent abuse).
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@morealabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your order number and the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
- Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscription Refunds
- If you are charged for a subscription renewal you did not want, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that renewal.
- To prevent future charges, please cancel your subscription through the Recharge customer portal or by emailing us. See our Subscription Policy for details.
- The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to subscription orders, subject to the eligibility terms above.
Return Shipping
- You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. Keep it, give it to a friend, or discard it — we don't want you paying for return shipping on a product you're unhappy with.
- If you do wish to return the product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
Exceptions
- Refund requests made after the 60-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@morealabs.com. Include a photo of the issue if possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
