30-Day Return Policy
Morea Labs accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must meet the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
The product must be unopened, with the safety seal intact.
The packaging must be in its original condition.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Opened or partially used ingestible products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return
1. Email support@morealabs.zendesk.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any defects, damage, or incorrect items. We will resolve approved cases with either a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.
If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and funds are not received, contact support@morealabs.zendesk.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not processed directly. Customers should return the item under this policy and place a new order.
