Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and your location.
Shipping Cost
- Subscription orders: FREE shipping on all subscription orders.
- One-time orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as shown at checkout.
Subscription Shipments
If you have an active subscription, your orders ship automatically on each billing date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.
To update your shipping address for future subscription shipments, log into your Recharge customer portal or contact us at support@morealabs.com before your next billing date.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@morealabs.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost (no tracking updates for 7+ days) or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@morealabs.com with your order number and a description of the issue (include photos for damaged packages if possible).
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship to the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
