Belly Jellys by Morea Labs ("we," "us," or "our") offers subscription plans so you can receive your favorite products on a recurring basis without having to reorder each time. This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription service works, including billing, modifications, and cancellation.
How Subscriptions Work
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription plan you choose. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Billing frequency: Subscriptions are billed every 30 days (or at the interval you selected at checkout).
- Billing amount: You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Your subscription price is locked in at the time of purchase unless we notify you of a price change (see below).
- Payment method: Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment processor and charged automatically on each billing date.
- First shipment: Your first order ships immediately after purchase. Subsequent orders ship automatically on each billing date.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Recharge customer portal. To access your portal, click the "Manage Subscription" link in any subscription-related email, or log into your account on our website.
Through the customer portal, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Swap products
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a break, you can pause your subscription through the customer portal. While paused, you will not be charged and no shipments will be sent. You can resume your subscription at any time.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no penalties.
How to cancel:
- Log into your Recharge customer portal and select "Cancel Subscription," OR
- Email us at support@morealabs.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
When cancellation takes effect: Your cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation. Any shipment already processed before your cancellation will still be delivered.
Refunds for Subscription Charges
If you are charged for a subscription renewal and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new price.
